Our deliveries are managed by Fastway Couriers and overnight couriers. Your delivery information will appear on your shopping cart at checkout.

RETURNS

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality of the fabric you received. You have the right to return products purchased within 30-days from the date of delivery.

Kindly login to your profile and click on the delivery and returns tab in order to notify us of your intention to return a parcel and to initiate a refund.

Kindly send returns to our storage and logistics company. The address is at the back of your parcel. The refund amount will then be credited back into your bank account. This may take 5-7 working days

You will receive an email from Labi with the tracking number required to collect your parcel
